PAYMENT SECURITY

Rivedroite Paris has set up a secured payment system provided by Mollie for any order made on the e-shop www.us.rivedroite-paris.com.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit, debit cards and PayPal. 

SHIPPING METHODS

 All orders are shipped via UPS from our French warehouse. 

CAN MULTIPLE ORDERS BE COMBINED?

Due to high volume of orders we cannot combine orders. Please be sure to place all desired items in the cart before checking out. 

When will my order be shipped ?

Please expect it to be shipped within 1-3 business days. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Shipments usually take 1-5 business days to arrive. Please note, time may vary due to weather, customs, or any unforseen variables.

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, CAN I CANCEL IT?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once your order has been submitted.

WILL I BE CHARGED DUTIES AND TAXES?

Rivedroite is not responsible for any import fees, customs, duties, or other taxes imposed by your respective country. 

HOW DO I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?

Returns must be placed within 14 days of delivery.
To make a return please send an email to hello@rivedroite-paris.com with the following information.
1. Your name and address (or order number.)
2. Please specify the item that you want to return/exchange and reason why (wrong size, not as pictured, etc). The product(s) must be brand new with original tag(s), label(s) and packaging(s). If one item is defective please include the description and photos of the defect.
3. Please allow our Customer Service team 48 hours from the time you email us to get back to you with return label and/or refund for your purchase.

If the product has been purchased from a retailer, please get in touch with the retailer directly for support.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING?

We provide free return shipping for all US & Canada orders.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND ?

Once returned items are received, we can either issue store credit for you within 2-3 business days or refund your payment within about 15 days.
